3-4 weeks production

All custom "Made-4-Me" products are printed, cut and sewn specifically for you. Greatness takes time and is worth the wait. Please allow up to 3-4 for production and delivery.

We have a 30-day return policy for stock items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To start a return request for stock items, please contact FLITE CUSTOMER CARE (above). Please include the following information: name, order number, item description, qty (if applicable) and your reason for return.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return address to ship the items back to. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Items must be sent back in new, unused condition with the tags still attached. Any items that are sent back to us without a return approval will not be processed.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 5-14 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
