WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Custom player gear takes 4-weeks to produce & ship, as it is made specific to your team design, player size & number customization requirements. Please allow 4-weeks from your order date before asking this question.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom player gear. As a best practice, we provide our partners with try-on samples to ensure their athletes select the appropriate size. If you cannot try-on the samples, please find a similar size athlete on your team & replicate their size selections.
